My experience was great with heart and home. They made the process so easy and worked with me thought the whole time everyone here was nice and professional and they made the extra effort to make sure that my home was perfect and in great condition before my move in this company deserve 20 stars honestly but since five is the max I guess I give them that lol please if ur looking for a home trust them to help get you into your new place the process will be quick easy and you won’t regret a thing at the end of it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Heart and Home managed several of my properties and they were very shady. The contractor they use for maintenance is owned by H and H’s husband and they were approved to spend $400 without my permission. Over $400 they needed my approval. EVERY SINGLE MONTH they had tons of random $390 ish charges that didn't need my approval. Once they “adjusted the motor speed” on a furnace that i just had installed by a professional. Nothing felt right about them so I left.
