I honestly gotta say we had some issues in the beginning with Heart and Home, but truthfully, if it weren't for heart and home my family would be homeless. Things have gotten better with them and our problems have been resolved and they are more understanding with their tenants. Which I appreciate. They've stepped it up honestly and I like it here. We are actually choosing to stay another year!!

The people at their office are very nice and answer any question you have and very nicely. They make you feel welcomed.

I lived in 6 different rentals while I lived in Columbus. Heart and Home is by far the best management company I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When you call their office, they answer. When your rental requires service, they send a contractor promptly. I never had a single complaint with the service I received renting from them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

The office staff is so pleasant, very helpful when asking questions. One thing I can say is that I would definitely recommend them.

I had a really hard time finding a place due to just moving to Columbus and the staff at Heart and Home worked with me and I found a safe place for my family! The process was fast and easy and I will be renting with them until I buy my home

Everytime I enter into the office I’m greeted warmly and there’s never a long wait for me to pay my rent or ask questions!

My new house is through them and they are the FIRST property management come that do what they say ! I communicate is 5/5 and anytime I’ve made a service request they are on it IMMEDIATELY normal working with Jack well done

I was desperate when I came to heart and home I have a housing voucher and was coming from out of state and I have emotional support animals heart and home have been really amazing since the first visit over a year ago… They have shown such respect and kindness that even if they take my entire deposit (my carpets aren’t in good shape) I am incredibly blessed to have rented with them🤗😀

Looking for a place is very frustrating, But Angelina was extremely helpful when I reached out inquiring about a rental property. She followed up with me immediately and made sure I had all the information I needed! Great experience!

No complaints I deal with Ben and he's been very kind. I had an issue with a water pipe , i was directed to maintenance who came out the same day and fixed my issue. My nieghbors in my building are also great. Me and my children love our new home. We are very thankful

Definitely a company I would recommend. They work with you when needed. Jack and Cheryl are very responsive and as long as you communicate there won’t be any issues. Thankful they gave me a chance.
